A Real Outdoor Experience

for students

A Nature-based camping, hiking and outdoor skills program

Designed to build confidence, resilience and connection.

Base Camp is our outdoor camping experience where students step away from cabins and into nature, learning practical skills, working together, and discovering what they’re capable of.

Golden Valleys continues to expand our facilities to better support schools, allowing larger groups to participate together without splitting year levels across multiple venues.

Today’s young people face increasing wellbeing challenges.

Social pressure, anxiety, disconnection, and limited time outdoors.

Teachers play a vital role in supporting students through these challenges, often while managing limited time and resources.

Outdoor experiences provide something powerful that classrooms cannot.
